"Shadow of the Day" - Kingdom Hearts MV

I'm not a huge fan of Linkin Park, but I had heard this song and instantly thought of Kingdom Hearts. So ... here's a music video! Hopefully, you'll like it-- or at least ... it'll pass the time. -_-

Wow, this was great! I am a HUGE fan of Linkin Park and was waiting for a decent AMV with this song.

I liked how the scenes were glowing a little (or whatever that Vegas effect was).
Most of the scenes matched up with the lyrics, too. You cropped out the subs,
unlike what most lazy people with Vegas don't like to do.

What I didn't like was that most of the AMV was focused usually in the middle of
the scene with the rest of the screen being black. Also, the widescreen (the cropping
of the subs) made the scenes a little small because the black bars covering the subs were
huge. If I were you, I'd find a way to zoom into the scene a little (not too much so
the quality goes down) and then remove the subs so the giant black bars aren't too big
and we can see the scenes a little better.

Overall, the AMV was enjoyable and fun to sit and watch. Great job and don't stop making AMVs! :)

Thanks, shika07! I'm glad that you liked it. I actually didn't use Vegas to edit the video; I used a program called Ulead VideoStudio.

I made the video rather shaded/shadowed because of the song title ... "Shadow of the Day", but I can see how it can get irritating after a while. I'll be sure to try out what you said-- zooming into the scene-- the next time I make a video, though I'd have to find out how to make that work with my program.

ohhh~ The clips fit very well with the lyrics. Timing was great as well! The effects were a bit much at times though.

The effects were okay, but after a while they kind of overshadowed the clips. But timing and choice of clips were good. Hope you make another one soon. ;)
