I've been hard at work on the Mai-Otome S.ifr project, while some of my other projects remain almost stalled due to reasons out of my control.
I usually include original ending credits in my projects for the english cast, leaving the original Japanese credits in tact. But instead I decided to create an Opening credits video at the start instead.

For the most part, that's the final version, but I'll be tweaking some stuff in it for release with the actual FanDub. Considering my lack of tools available to me, I think it came out really good. I snuck some bits of Lena in from the original S.ifr promo and Mai-Otome Opening 2.
For Mai-Otome S.ifr, the OST is unreleased to the public, so that of course makes it a bit hard to FanDub and remain true to the original at the same time. But I said screw that, because the music they (sunrise) used for S.ifr is pretty poor and highly generic sounding, IMO. I replaced 95% of the music and SFX with Kajiura Yuki's music, who has always composed for HiME/Otome. The result is what I think sounds 10x better.

The time I put into getting sfx..... painful.
Comments and advice on anything is appreciated!
