I've never done a full singing dub like this before, and this was alot of fun to do!!! Sound quality is a little low, but turn up them speakers!!! LOL!! Also, critiques are welcome ^__^

Very cute! :3 Lessee, critique... Mikuru has the classic OMGSQUEAKYANIMECHICK voice; I'd say give it another shot, only much squeakier (if you can). If not, it's plenty cute as is. However, if you're trying to imitate the original, that's what I'd recommend.

Your harmony was pretty good throughout. Your energy was also good; I liked the little squeak at the end of certain words, but I think you even could play it up even more. Mikuru's not exactly subtle xD

You're off to a good start, and this isn't bad for a first try! You have a nice singing voice ^^ Looking forward to hearing more from you! =D

P.S. Such bumpage @.@ On the VAA I usually don't check my threads more than once or twice a day, and (in my experience) bumping more than a couple times doesn't usually increase your chance at being noticed. *shrug*

Critique:
I think it was really cute, and I don't really think "sounding like the character" should really be a critique. I liked your interpretation of the song, very cute, and very energetic. Although, I did find that sometimes your energy dropped a little, and I agree with kyo_starr that you could indeed "play it up a little," not as Mikuru's character, but play it up as yourself so you can really own this song, keep consistant energy, and keep your original flair in the song. What caused confusion for me was that sometimes it seemed your were trying to make the song your own, and at other points it seemed like you were trying to sound like Mikuru. In regards to technical stuff, I think that sometimes you tended to skew a bit off key, or just a few notes seemed like you were struggling with them a bit, but overall it was pretty well done. The harmonies were well done as well, but they weren't mixed in too well, and sometimes overpowered the main vocals too much, making them sound odd.
Overall, you have a really cute voice, and I'd like to hear more. =3 Nice job!

Hehe thank you for your critique!!! Okay.....I must keep that energy up while I'm singing.......stay on vocals.......yes I could do that!!! I suppose at times I was more energetic, but I guess maybe it's cause I liked those certain lines that I was singing!!!!
