Journey To The Past - LIVE!

I participated in this talent competition earlier today called New England Performs. I sang about an hour ago, actually. I decided to sing Journey To The Past from Anastasia and was so confident about it. Up until I woke up with a stuffy nose and a sore throat. ;__; I definitely think I could have done a lot better if I hadn't been sick. But considering I was, I think I did decently. =/

Anyway, I don't have too much experience singing Live so I get really really nervous. That's why the last note is so shaky. x_X I had been planning on singing it straight and add a little vibrato at the end...but that didn't happen. ><

I liked it! Yes it was shaky, but your control and vibrato was awesome! I guess your last note was crack-y because you were nervous because hell.. I know MY legs shake and my chords seemingly tighten up when I have to sing live ;____;

Ohhhh girl, you hit those high notes so well. Your control was amazing as well. I get nervous all the time when singing as well, don't let it bother you too much. :) I though the last note sounded good. o_____0

I wouldn't have guessed you were sick. It sounded quite good, actually. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, and I was actually looking for the "Bad Sounding Last Note." But, no, it sounded alright. Good job. I wanna hear you sing when yer not sick.

Ciel: Thankyou! =D Despite how nervous I get, I do love to perform live. I don't get to do it all that often. Usual just conventions and...well, this. And ocassional school talent shows. I'd love to be able to do it more.
