CRITIQUES:

Zidane/Ben
I knew you were the one the moment I heard you. xD Of course, you gave me FAR too many options with your lines! Sheesh! x.x; But, lol, you were still awesome. Lines were soft, but I was able to fix that. You did a spiffy job! Anything else I do FFIX, I'll be hunting you down for my Zidane!

Dagger/Katie
Soooo adorable and gentle, just as I pictured her. ^-^ Once you fixed the last line, it worked out so well for the ending! That's my favorite part of the whole thing. As I said above, if I do more FFIX (which I was planning on with this little project I have in the making), I'll also hunt you down for muh Dagger!

Narrator/Mixing/Myself
... I read the lines okay. >.>; Dunno what to say about my acting. I'm not a big narrator type of person. Anyhow! As for mixing.. finding a sad song and where to put it was SO HARD! I'm not really pleased with how I started it, but I DID like the ending. Kudos for me. ^-^

I hope to hear others' comments as well! Thanks for listenin'!

Before doing this clip, I didn't really know anything about FF9, but now I feel very urged to play it. XD

Kabi: Narrator/Mixing: Great script, very touching. Usually narration like you chose to use can be corny, but you made it work well. You have a great narrator voice. Very mature and omniscent. ;) I loved your choice of bgms. Especially the timing of the last line of Melodies of Life. "As long as we remember..." *TEAR*

Ben: Zidane: Gwaah! Our love scene is finally released! <333 XD I loved your Zidane voice. So cute! And great emotion. ^^ One thing that suprised me was the energy you put behind your last line... I wasn't expecting that, and after I heard it, I really liked it. Everything else was just as I imagined it from the script. :)

Katie: Dagger For once, I think I'm actually pleased with my voice. 0_0 What's up with that? The only thing I didn't like was the line in which I "cried". So corny. I was too happy that night for believable crying sounds. XD And then a few miliseconds after the crying stops, in my "what?" line, my sinuses have abruptly returned to normal... Heh... Whoops. ^^;;

This was pretty darn good. I've only listened to it once, but I probably will again in the very near future. LOL

Good job you guys. I think each of you did well with your respective parts. As for mix there was one place that it was a little hard to hear between the voices and the airship. Again, this is only the first time I've listened to it so that's just a first impression. Over-all, nice. :)

Keep safe. 8)

When I play FF9 now, I imagine Ben's voice as Zidane. I think he's just perfect for that part.
I like Katie as Garnet, her voice is gentle like the old movie stars from classic black and white films like 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' or 'Gone with the Wind'.
The narration was beautifully subtle and not overly sentimental. All in all this was a pleasure to listen to.
