I can definitely hear Crispin Freeman's influence in your demo reel. This is fine for a start, as you're still experimenting with what your voice can do, but you want to move away from copying other performers directly as soon as you can, and start developing your own style and characters. Your vocal range as a mimic isn't too bad, but you're not actually acting as much as you are manipulating your voice to hit certain notes to register certain emotions, the line about "bringing back painful memories" being especially unconvincing.

Keep your ears open to vocal performances of ALL types, and be especially discriminating of the qualities that make up a good voice-over performance. I think the classics are great as a reference, old timey audio theatre and the likes. And of course, keep practicing!

Oh, um, anyways.
You have a very nice range, and I agree you do sound like Crispin, but, that might just be natural for you. You have a lot of accents and ranges like I said. Just work on emotion, I seem to have that problem as well I'm told.

Oh, and if you wanted to audition for my Twilight production, I wouldn't be upset. lol

thanks very much, and as for emotion, that set of demo's is fairly old. Ive improoved on emotion vastly since then.
