Crits, eh? Well, let's see.

First of all, since the picture is chibi, there really isn't all that much I can say (apart from it's very cute! ^^) anatomy-wise, or style-wise, etc. However, what I can say is your lines seem very choppy, and unsmooth. This may have been a desired effect, but I'm one of those artists who prefers lines to be clean. Since it's chibi, I'm not gonna be rigid about the shading, but I do think you could have used some on the forehead protector. Also, there aren't any shadows in the hair, and I think darkening some areas would make her hair appear more 3-D. I would also recommend spending a little more time on the highlights in the hair. Quickly running a large airbrush over the middle doesn't appeal much to me. Try using the spotty smudge tool to add texture. It makes a really cool effect, and it's much easier than using polygonal lasso tool. :)

I don't know how to fix the line thing ^^; Originally, I scanned it and it was on green paper in pencil, so I did alot of editing in photoshop and that was the best I could get it. Do you have any tips as to what I could do?
I'm not quite done yet so I haven't gotten to the forehead protector yet o_o I would never leave something unshaded! As for the hair, normally I add shadows onto it afterwards (Like in THIS (http://www.deviantart.com/view/8889174/) picture) but it wasn't looking very good with this pic, so I was like "screw that" and I just moved on to other parts of the pic.
Spotty smudge tool? I'll try it ^^; Thanks for the advice!
