My mum wants me to sing more English songs T_T;;
So I tried this song by Paula DeAnda. Quite a challenge I must say. All of the tracks I had to sing/add into it o_o...

So anyways, here's my attempt. Hope you like!

I don't think my mixing was that good and maybe the ending of the song was kinda messy. xD;;

Not bad. Some of the notes were a little pitchy, but that can be fixed with practice. Overall it was very nice. I like your voice. :)

Critiquing as I listen, so if things are spontaneous suddenly or like, I contradict myself, sorry. XD;;
The echoes on the "me" sounded kind of awkward, but I know that the mixing was probably hard (This song has like, scary-good mixing XD...) You did a nice job with the higher part by the way! :D
(Here I'd like to note how high Paula DeAnda's voice is...) Because~... Your voice is much lower :O... But that was cool too *__*... I think your voice fits this song nicely. :)... Something I noticed was that you slurred through some of your words? Although I guess Paula did the same thing. XD
As Jellybean said, you went off pitch at a few parts, some of it was a result of sliding, which I heard a lot of in this. So basically, just watch that you don't slide that often, because it can sound kind of messy. :X..
The last thing I'll note~! I thought you could use just a little bit more emotion in this song. I can't really explain the kind of emotion, XD;;... But maybe just some more character in the song as whole. :3... If that makes sense. XD;;....

I agree, my voice is lower than Paula Deanda's. But I like my voice like that haha. I think Paula also slurs the words. If I didn't slur, it would sound weird. o_O;; In my opinion, anyway.

By the way, I never understood what sliding was. D; So, could you tell me what it is exactly? Then maybe I'll be able to correct it :] And the emotion... I agree that I also need more emotion. But I didn't really know what emotion to bring out. Like, sad? Or confused? @@;;

Yeah, I liked it too with your voice. I always thought her voice sounded too like... 10-year-oldish but then it's not...? XD;... I don't know. >__>;; Lately most girl singers have been like, "8D I'm really 20, but I sound like I'm 8!"

Anyway! Sliding is like... When you're going from one note to the other, instead of hitting the note straight on, you kind of like... Go through a few others before you hit the new note?
