[AnN] Fushigi Yuugi - Trying to stop the Ceremony

Fushigi Yuugi yay.
First off : I already know that some/or if not all of my lines have a bit of an audio problem cause my filters weren't wanting to work correctly so get over it already.

Also while mixing this I realized something funny. Miaka and Yui are both played by the same people I used in MKR to play Umi and Fuu, and in the official dubs of FY and MKR the voice actors that played them, Wendee Lee and Brigette Hoffem, did the same, so that was kinda funny and I dsidn't realize that had happened in these too.

Yui - topleka: You were great for Yui even though she doesn't speak much in this.

Tamahome - Matt Alan: You did a great job like usual, can't really think of anything else to say.

Chichiri - Tolmek: OMG I loved your voice, you sounded amazingly simlar to the dub voice, topleka was right you do make a great chichiri.

Nakago - StarFlare: *cough* Go away evil crappy quality

Miaka - Stacy: Like Omg!!! Ya know, iI think at parts you got just a bit too high (but did redo them like 3 times so ya that's okay), some of that audio jsut made me kinda cringe while editing it down a bit but you still did a great job.

its good, not great. The voices sounded kinda blurry.

Nakago - ....scary....but sexy....i thikn thats what Nakago is all about!

Miaka - WEE HIGH PITCHED! It sounded like the japanese version.

Tamahome - its good....all i can say. (maybe its because im not used to other voices beside Hikaru Midorikawa and the eng. dub)

Chichiri -you were awesome no daaaa!

Yui - ....That...was...GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (like onizuka)

Yui/Topleka - Hmm, the voice was right. Acting was right too...no complaints.

Tamahome/Matt Alan - Although I liked the grunting of pain when you got your ass kicked, the "What!?" was terrible. Keep trying.

Chichiri/Tolmek - HOLY SHIT ON A STICK. You were AMAZING. I was blown away by your voice, it sounded just like Chichiri. WOW. Perfect.

Nakago/Starflare - There was ONE line, a long winded one, where the last word came out bad. But otherwise, I really enjoy listening to your Nakago. Do more.

Miaka/Stacy - Look to Yui. XD;

Mixing - There were some times when Chichiri spoke, that the music was louder than he was, which could have just been his mic. Dunno. You're a superb mixer, and you know that. Keep it up.

The only real comment I have here is on the mixing.

You've put out SEVERAL, SEEEEEEEEEEEEVERAL video pieces since you came to VAA. But I have yet to see a real improvement in your mixing. It's as if the CC we give you falls on deaf ears, because we have to keep citing the same issues time and time again. Also, please stop self-casting in parts you'd LIKE and try casting yourself in ones that FIT... if you have to self-cast so damn much XP. Your voice didn't really fit Nakago and you were really forcing it.

You have talent but you have to hone it instead of just going "hmm I'll do it the way I always do it" all the time XP

Other than that... yay for Fushigi Yuugi.

Most of the time when I self cast it's either because i can't find anyone or from other parts I was given, as I do play Nakago in topleka's Fushigi Yugioh Rp and I wasn't forcing anything. I don't get it..What do you mean? I do listen and try to do the things people say or have said. Also I haven'tt done it my way cause most people here were jsut wating to much and didn't like a damn thing I did my way. Do I have to remind the world of what happened last year when I posted my first finished produnciton of Sailor Moon Lost ep 2? I think not. Most of you were just totally missing the point in that disaster and here we go again. Nothing's perfect and we aren't profecinals, if you don't like it just deal with it and stop bitching about it.

I was really impressed with this video. Your clips keep getting better and better, Starflare. It is always nice to see clips finished and not put on the side. Your one of the few you pumps them out fast. Uhm...I didn't see problems with the mixing.

Could run through everyone's voices but so far people have stated the same exact thing I am going to state. Anyway, I really have no complaints on the video, everyone did a wonder job acting and couldn't pick up any points where there wasn't any emotion. Keep up the good work! ^_^

Nakago - StarFlare - Hmm...I like your Nakago voice. Duh, otherwise I wouldn't have cast you myself. But your mic quality was kinda wonky (topleka's new word of the week). Some of the lines sounded fine, and others were kinda muffled?

Miaka - Stacy - Man, you have such a lovely high voice. I wish I could go that high without sounding like a moron.

Mixing etc. - The music was a good level most of the time, but the SFX seemed too loud to me. The footsteps and the fire noises in particular. And I couldn't hear a lot of Chichiri's speech very well. Which is a shame because I love Chichiri, and I love Tolmek's voice. But overall, it works well for me. Yay for Fushigi Yuugi goodness.

Well I could have messed with the audio a bit more ,cause things always sound different from one computer to another. I mean I can hear them fine in the clip on my computer cause that's where it was made but ya never know.

Wai! Yay for fun Fushigi Yuugi dubs! ^^ I really enjoyed Stacy as Miaka! Wai banzai! Besides the fact I love high voices, towards the end with Yui, Miaka screaming for Yui was great! It actually sounded emotional and caring which I feel draws people more into the character that way! Great job! ^^

I really can't remember what the original dub sounded like for Fushigi Yuugi... I just remember the Japanese voices a whole lot.

The bgm and sfx were good in the beginning but towards the part where Chichiri is talking, he gets drowned out by the sound of the flames! Oh no! ^^;

But I really liked it! It was fun and I'm sure everybody had fun doing this! Great job everybody! I can't wait to see more! ^^
