Blue hair for dudes.

So...what would be a good place to get a wig? Specifically I am looking into getting a blue wig for a Serge Costume from Chrono Cross. Any Ideas? Good things to style it with? Should I cut it, etc?

I've cosplayed Kidd before :D I used to style wigs for cosplay but i just got so busy.
I used hair cement tyep products for styling spikes and giving lift to the wigs i used. I can't wait to see pics of you in cosplay XD
