Mafia 28: A Life Lesson In Death

Welcome to the academy boys and girls! Over this next couple days I will be teaching you the finer points of villainy... Yes, being a villain does not necessarily mean just mindlessly butchering innocent people... You will learn the art of deception, the evils of being truthful, and many other basic principles of criminology... From hence forth, I shall be assigning you code names... Be sure to refer to each other this way, lest I punish you for your failure to listen...

You must role-play the character that you are assigned. I repeat, you must role-play the character that you are assigned! Spam all you want; I encourage it! But it must relate to your character or be something your character would say. (You are all villains, there are no good guys) The more you roleplay your character to the fullest, the happier I’ll be. Once the game starts you are not allowed to be OOC for any reason whatsoever. You may not even call someone by their forum name (Use their codename; This is to help you confuse everyone into keeping yourself alive). If you are going to be out for the day or something else comes up well… Tough cookies; This is a game about being evil!

Everyone has been inserted with a chip… Three random people start the game with their chip activated. This allows them to win the game if they are still alive by the end of the game. It’s your personal job to kill one of them and hopefully activate your own chip. Then you’re going to have to convince people that your chip isn’t activated… The number of people that have an active chip is always three. So if one of them dies… A random person is going to have their chip activated.

The only people that may use an ability are the three people that have an active chip. Should your chip become active, I will PM you your new ability. These abilities may range from the subtle to the very obvious... So use your own discretion!

No one else has any actions at all, unless I give you a temporary action via PM or Post. However, Anything you post can and will likely be used against you… If you state in a post that you’re going inside of a helicopter, I reserve the right to blow you up with a rocket propelled grenade launcher… Or I may allow you to escape your own lynching. Or I may temporarily give you the ability flat out kill someone by crashing the helicopter on their head… And don’t try to deliberately state things such as “I’ve escaped being lynched, so nyah!” or I will make sure you die. Painfully. Through the power of plot holes.

You may not PM anyone regardless of affiliation, even if you are in an alliance with someone… If you wish to form an alliance with someone, do it publicly on the thread… Just be aware that they are probably going to stab you in the back eventually. And the people that aren’t in your alliance are probably going to stab you in the face right now instead…

NOTE: Someone’s role and code name DO NOT HAVE AN EFFECT ON WHO HAS AN ACTIVE CHIP! You are all out just for yourselves, so lie, cheat, steal, and do what you must to win... The only rules you cannot break are my own.

Oh! Mystery novels are some of my favorite kinds of novels, I always like to think of myself as the detective solving a crime, now let's see, the person who changed their vote must've been a little hesitant towards voting for one of them, so maybe they voted for someone else originally and then decided to vote for Mr.White or Miss.
