The Unknown Mafia


In Byril the land has always been quite peaceful. There had been ancient wars, but as of now, no problems have risen up. Recently the village’s high priest has received a message from the gods. They have taken control of various people in the village. Within these people, the gods play with them like they are puppets on strings, messing with the whole village. There are two ways to get rid of these gods. The villagers have hired a pair of exorcists to come to the village, to remove the gods from the mortal’s bodies. These people will not come until the second day…If they don’t arrive by then….The villagers can always resort to killing people they suspect of being gods, and goddesses. But be forewarned. Things do not always turn out as you would like them. In ancient times, people accidentally killed the sea god, and were unable to grow crops for a year. Thousand died from this tragedy. It seems someone in the village can find out who is possessed by a god or goddess, by contacting the heavens. No one knows who this person is though…With millions of potential, and outrageous plot twists, everyone will have a special ability, or may gain one through out the game. Votes will be altered, time will be changed, and I will not be the only one controlling this game. This game will only go over a course of 13 game days. When they are up, at least one players goal will be achieved.

Note: If you sign up for this game YOU MUST BE ABLE TO REMAIN ACTIVE FOR MOST OF IT! If someone is inactive for four days of the game, they will mysteriously be killed. You also must do whatever I tell you, by pm. If you do something that breaks the rules of what I tell you to do in the pm (if you receive a command), you will be punished.

Extra Rules:


You must somewhat stay true to the character I have given you. People do know who your character is…If I see you acting to a point where you aren’t even remotely in character, I may punish you the next round…
You MUST do as I tell you. If I give you a command, you cannot tell it to anyone else, unless otherwise specified. You must follow a command I give you. If I tell you to vote for someone you didn’t intend on voting for, you better do it.
This game will go on for 13 “game days”. At the end, I have set it up that at least one, or more characters will win at the end.
This game will be confusing. Feel free to question what happens…But you can’t contradict what I say, unless I SAY THAT I AM WRONG.
Please do not apply the “invisible mode”. It’s annoying, and makes it hard for me to see who is being active in the game. If you REALLY want to you can.
To lynch someone if 10 people vote to lynch one person, that person is dead unless another force interferes overnight. If 10 people do not vote for one person, if there is a majority of three votes, the person gets lynched. If the majority is less than three, no one will get lynched.
Everyone remember. While some people have a set goal together, each character has a goal of their own. I can throw in any plot twists I like in the middle. Also, be sure to put the phrase “Girls just wanna have fun” in your comment when you sign up. If you don’t I’ll know you didn’t read the rules, and you will not be put on the list.
DO NOT try to find loop holes in my rules. I don’t care if your loop hole is correct. Whoo, you’re a genius for finding such a cool loop hole…now leave the game.
Unless I say you are allowed to, do not share any information regarding anyone, or anything will anyone else in the game. If anything confuses you, pm me, and I’ll do my best to answer your question.
You absolutely must read the rules for your character. If you don’t, you’ll make a stupid mistake, and may very well get killed for it, if I listed in your character’s rules that you would. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I would just like to point out that some people have always been on invisible mode since before Mafia games even started, so it isn't really fair to make it a game requirement to take it off.

Krai Tsubame: TheFushsNoir An exorcist from out of town. The chief asked him, and his partner Suki to come and help get rid of the gods and goddesses. The gossipgals of the town think he’s got a thing for his partner Suki.
Suki Mimami: Leiko: An exorcist from out of town. The chief requested she, and her partner Krai come, and help get rid of the gods, and goddesses. The gossipgals of the town think she’s got a think for Krai, they constantly try to set them up.
Naru, Aida Furutsuki: Themorningfairystar, CKmel: The twin children of Lady Furutsuki. They are virtually indistinguishable from one another. They seem to know things that are vastly inappropriate for kids their age…
Koko Akasugi: PullMyHairOut: A man who moved into the village a few years ago. He often goes to confessional with the chief. No one knows why though…
The Chief: Blaze: The chief of the town…he is no doubt, a very important person. Everyone comes to the chief for advice…he is the one who hires exorcists to come to the town.
Shiina Yugure: Chinomi: Another outsider. She moved in a little before the whole god fiasco began…
Chao Kimio: Rikka A woman that moved to town, the DAY everyone learned about the gods and goddesses. She often says strange things…is she crazy? Talking like that in times like this….Does she WANT to get herself killed?!
Mifa Chocobo: Kai-chan: A little boy obsessed with Final Fantasy. He plays in constantly, and told everyone in the town his last name was Chocobo. Eventually they just started calling him Mifa Chocobo…No one even remembers what his REAL last name was…
Sarai Chocobo: IcyPopcorn: The mother of Mifa-kun. She’s VERY VERY VERY annoyed that her son told the WHOLE DAMN TOWN, that their last name was, “Chocobo.” Good lord…What a crazy woman…
Nyx: Ishi The mailwoman with an intense fear of the dark. She thinks that townspeople may kill her, because she is named after the goddess of night…she constantly cries about this…poor girl.
Haruka Kirai: Fruitfly A random ninja living in the town. He hangs out in the village pub every night.
Shizune Yamato: AlwaysRina A hunter who came down to the village from the mountains nearby. Rumor has it, he came down to ask Lady Furutsuki’s hand in marriage.
Archem: SiriusFan17: A priestess in training. Should anything happen to the chief, either she, or her sister Kulula will take his place.
Kulula: Happyheartme: A priestess in training. Should anything happen to the chief, either she, or her sister Archem will take his place.18.

After all, gods, and goddesses have taken over the bodies of their people....The chief has called a meeting in the town. He tells the people, "I have hired a team of exorcists to come and help us rid our town of these spirits...As they are coming tommorow, today we will vote on what to do tommorow....The exorcise someone, and gain them back to our side, or kill someone....Please vote everyone...thank you." He sits down, and the people begin to chatter....

Okay everyone, Day 2 is beginning....

"The exorcists have finally arrived." The chief says to the townspeople. "Well! Where are theeeeeeeeey?!" Mifa Chocobo yells. The chief glares at him, until he quiets down, while his mother gently slaps his hand. "Hey chief....Don't be so hard on him nyeh?" A man walks into the village meeting center. "Kraaaaaaai! Don't make a bad impression!" A woman runs after him, looking annoyed. In ANYcase, the chief continues, "Vote on who you will exorcise. These two will do it for you." To me, it's too obvious to be Akasugi-san and I don't even know what he looks like to be honest. However, a hunter fits the bill of being tall and muscular so I'm going to go with Yamato-san for now.

As far as Suki and myself are concerned... Even if I were not an exorcist, I would keep in mind that should we both die, there will be no one left that can remove the deities without resulting in someone's death. This means you all would lose the ability to remove the gods and goddesses without consequences to anyone. Just remember, should we both be taken out it's back to back lynchings for everyone.

Since the masses voted on an exorcism insteads of the ever-so popular lynching (I love me the dramas), it was time for them to be choosing the person to exorcise. The exorcism will expelle off the spirit of god(desse)s. Good ol'-not-getting-my-vote-for-mayor-'cause-happyheartmee-gots-a-cuter-house* (not to mention the bandwagon it started) Sirius voted for me.
