:oops: So, I'm back again. This time after playing with my father's Home Studio and attempting to actually mix things. XD

...I'm still getting used to singing with an off-vocal.. I think it came off decent enough. T_T Next time I'm using Cool Edit Pro T_T

Its pretty good. Maybe I'm hearing things but some of the notes are either held longer or you make it seem like one word has breaks between it....yeah. Maybe im just hearing things. Anyways, it was pretty good

XD That probably wasn't just you. XD I have a hard time singing with the off-vocal, sometimes, if I can't hear my voice, I end up somehow losing beat and lagging.. something like that.

XD After doing it SO many times though, I think I may have gotten a hang of it... sort of. XD Thanks for the comment :D

i kinda liked your off vocal one better. you did pretty alright here but as you said it is tough to hear yourself sing with the music...the trick...well my trick anyway is to put head phones on...lift the headset a bit higher or lower til you have some of your ears exposed (I like to just lift one side all the way off my ear and the other just a little bit on the tip of my ear) then quiet the music down until you can still hear it yet it's not too loud that you can hear it on the mic or you can't hear yourself anymore. The music..as I treat it during recording time anyway is mearly a guideline...pretty much to keep reminding yourself you're singing in tune and/or the right beat and timing.

But keep at it and you'll do better and better in no time ^^

I'll try that technique, up until now I've been just turning the off-vocal's voice down and then listening to my voice from the speakers. XD It's a pain.. lol, you hear yourself literally screaming off some of the notes >_< So it kinda restrains you...
