DIGIMON MOVIE 03


Wallace, A chosen child from Colorado, along with his partners Gummimon and Chocomon were always together until Chocomon vanished one day with no explanation as to why. Couple years later, Wallace and Gummimon are reunited with Chocomon who has gone insane, attacking them in the streets of New York, searching for the young Wallace he lost all those year ago.

In an attempt to rescue him Wallace and Gummimon head to the Summer Memory and the flower field where Chocomon vanished...however, both of their hearts are being tested knowing far well that if Chocomon can't be saved...he'll have to be destroyed.

The bgm is far different from the japanese, namely because the Japanese BGM sucked :)

The reason Wallace spoke in Japanese was because, in the original, Wallace's ex girlfriend taught him Japanese which allows him to communicate with the other chosen. Trying to incorporate the dual language.
The screen at home, where I mixed this, was quite dark and thus the large gap of Gumimon's lip movements that have no voice is because I couldn't see him talking D8

Rawrrrr, I feel like I could TOTALLY have done a better job of showing emotions in this. ;__; I was focussing so much on voice, I think I just didn't analyze the situation enough to really see what my character was seeing...

But Kei...KYAAA! Your Wallace was ADORABLE! The only real criticism I have to say is the pronounciation of "Urusai," as it's more Oo-Roo-Sah-Ee than Yu-Roo-Sah-Ee. Though it might work, considering that it was his ex who taught him Japanese. ;D

You don't know just how much I love you for doing this. (Especially since I'm on vacation in Colorado right now....)

Your Wallace/Willis is AMAZING. Perfect fit, as with most of the roles you attempt! My only two complaints are your enunciation and the Japanese pronunciation.

Sachi, you were adorable! The voice might've been just a little too low and lacking emotion in some spots, but other than that, I loved it.

The only thing abot the mixing that really threw me off was one part were Gummimon/Terriermon was speaking, but there were no lines.

In general, I really liked this. You both lived up to your characters!

I purposely did a bad pronunciation of the japanese word. I did too takes Japanese pronunciation and the english type, The english version was saying the word purely north american: U = U not U=Oo

If your talking about the scene that was really dark....I cant see it at all on my computer so I really had to guess on when he was talking I didn't think anyone else could see o-o;

Yes, I believe it's that scene. My computer screen is really bright, so I did notice it, but it wasn't a big deal. I don't think too many other people will notice it, either.

W00t, though I need to finish 3 projects on my plate right now, but they are so close to wrapping up. I hope movie 3 can start soon. I'll let you know when auditions are up.

I figure movie 3 will be fun to do, and though it's an hour long, a lot of parts lack music, so it makes mixing easier. I look forward to auditions when I get it rolling. ^_^

I watched this a while back, but as I've gotten in the habbit of doing, I forgot to comment. O.o''

I liked this! I love this movie, I won the VHS a long time ago in some contest online. (After I had already bought it anyway...) The mixing was good, I liked all of the sfx. I would have made the train sfx a little bit louder, but it might just be the speakers on this computer.

Kei: I think you did a great job as Wallace. For some reason, I really liked the "Ugh!" when Wallace hit his back against the train. Completely random I know, sorry. XD

Sachibelle: You made a really cute Gummimon! As someone else said, it might have been a bit too girly, but still good job. There was one part where there was lip flaps with no line, wether that was a part of the scripting or what, I'm not sure.

I love this movie...you should do more clips of it, if you have any.

I watched this awhile ago and I have finally got arround to critique it!

Kei: I really liked your voice for him. It fit really nicely! This wasn't said yet so it's probabally just my speakers, but at some parts it was hard to understand. It sounded either too quiet or jumbled together. It's probabally just my speakers cutting out again though.

Sachibelle: I really love your Gummimon voice! It's so Cute!! It was a little girly, as people have said. But I think it fit nicely.

Overall, I really love this clip that you did! What someone had mentioned before was the lip flaps but It's not too much so I'm not going to be picky about it. I really enjoyed the clip and I hope you do more from this movie ^^
