Project information - A weekly podcast About The Nintendo Wii. I have currently finished 3 podcast episodes and it involves three VAA members and one music composer. You can download the episodes here (www.wiinnipeg.ca).
The VAA members are Knight, Skull Hunter, and me (Lee).
Audition deadline - No deadlines. If you can contribute anything (reviews, news, etc.) before sunday afternoon on any week, I will include it in for that week's podcast
Recording and Contact information -
-Record in 44100hz 16-bit Stereo MP3
-Save the lines as "name_description.mp3" (ex: lee_Zeldareview.mp3)
-Send your audio files to forumposter[at]mts[dot] net
MALES and FEMALES
Role: Reviewers
Description: Record an audio review about a Wii game that you have played. Your review must be at least 1 minute and 30 seconds.
There are no audition lines. If you send a review that is acceptable to the general audience (ie. no swears included), then I'll include it in the podcast.
You don't have to provide a review for each week. Even once a month is okay.
MALES and FEMALES
Role: International Reporters
Description: Record an audio news about Wii-related info that is specifically targeted to the people where you live. Right now, the ones that I need are U.K., Australia, and Japan reporters (but I would also accept recordings from other areas). It could be deals, unique items in your local stores, etc. Your news reports must have a total of at least 1 minute and 45 seconds. It can be a single news in that time span or it can be two or more news.
There are no audition lines. If you send your news reports that are acceptable to the general audience (ie. no swears included), then I'll include it in the podcast.
You don't have to provide news reports for each week.
MALES and FEMALES
Role: Guests
Description: If you think that you can contribute something else to the show (like voicing your opinion about the Wii system or sharing your story on how long you waited in line to get your Wii system) send me a PM.
