Totally trying out for Kate Monster and Christmas Eve. Question: there were a few casting changes between the Broadway version (album version) than the British cast (who you have pictures of); which timbre of voice would you prefer? The recorded voices, or the Brit release?

Either way, as soon as I get my new microphone (which should be by Thursday at the latest), I'll send in my audition.

OMG yay for killing my voice xD Sorry I didn't send this in like I said I was going to yesterday. God knows what I did to my voice, but my throat started hurting like a beast, so I've been on vocal rest for the last twenty-four hours (not being able to talk at all really sucks, and I just now started singing and speaking a few hours ago for vocal jazz practice). I'm stuck at school at the moment, but I should be home in the later evening, so expect at least something from me then.

I guess I can try out for most of the males. I've actually played the role of Brian in a VERY SMALL musical theatre production* but I'd like a go at some of the other characters. Expect one for Trekkie* Nicky* Brian* and maybe Gary Coleman. ^_^ I might finish a whole section of the songs* as well. It's hard to get the full range of Trekkie's voice in just that one small part* you know?

I know every song (practically memorized them the day after they won the Tony for best new musical). I used to infrequently perform "Schadenfreude" as Gary Coleman for karaoke; no one believed I could pull it off. However, I would always get the best response when I performed as Trekkie ("Internet...") or Rod ("My Girlfriend...").
