Yay Higurashi! I love this show, and I'm glad to see another person fandubbing it. ^-^

Keiichi- Bal - I think your voice sounds a little old for Keiichi, but the voice type suits him well. The emotion during the first few "AGHS" was good, but it started getting a little redundant. Some of the lines sounded a little forced in the delivery as well, but I think with more work you'd do well as K1.

Satoko- Berri - Wonderfully cute Satoko. The scream was especially good. During the part on the bridge, the lines sounded a bit flat when she was saying that she understood Keiichi. Still, a very good performance and a great voice for the character.

Young Rika- Berri - The voice wasn't very different from Satoko, but I guess they sound pretty similar anyway. Good emotion. ^-^

Child's Voice- Bal - One line. ^_^;; Nothing to say...

Mixing - Some of the SFX sound like they were just clipped from the original, but the BGM would then cut off once a character's line started. If you need the OST, I can probably hook you up. XD Also, I don't remember the original to well, but a few places seemed like they could have used more sounds. For instance, Keiichi's axe swinging, and the sound of Satoko falling during her flashback. Good job for such a long clip, though. The timing on the footsteps on the bridge was very nice.

CAST REVIEW
Keiichi - Bal; While I don't think you have a bad voice for Keiichi, your acting leaves a lot to be desired, particularly when it came to random axe-swinging sounds and when Keiichi falls in the end. It just doesn't sound realistic.

Satoko - Berri; I thought your voice was very fitting for Satoko~ For the most part, your emotion was great, especially with the crying, but it's sometimes hard to understand what you're saying during those emotional lines. Ennunciation!

Young Rika - Berri; A little similar to Young Satoko's voice, but it fits, and the acting was good.

Child's Voice - Bal; Even though he only had one line... The boy sounds really bored. Or sleepy. Sorry to pick on an "extra" line, but yeah. It sounded really off.



PRODUCTION REVIEW
It sounds like a lot of sound effects are missing. For instance, when Satoko falls into the Oyashiro-sama shrine, there's no sound effect for that (yet there's a sound effect for when the statue is destroyed, when Satoko uses the chain to get out, etc). Just random sound effects are missing. I do like that nobody's microphone seems to be in awful quality and that the BGM isn't mixed in too loudly or too softly.

Please keep working at it~ Practice makes perfect. If you do any more Higurashi clips, I'll be sure to watch~

Surprisingly i have a Giant knife that looks just like Rena's >3 FEAR ME J/K... ive always wanted to fandub this anime .. ALWAYS XD GREAT JOB.. Loved it 5 Stars and *faves* and Berri OMG thats Scream was so Awsomely POWERFUL

Yeah.... I'm really not that good at yelling/screaming.... gotta work on that....
and after so many takes on that last scream it still sounds sorta fake... x_x

And yes there was a sound effect I forgot x-x; (Satoko falling into the shrine)

And also Rikka- Yeah, I see what you mean about that Kid's one line... but I did that line really quickly since it was only an extra ^^;
