I'm not very familiar with this song at all, so I can't tell you how in tune you are or how well you hit all the notes, but... Let me just say that I enjoyed this. =)

Like StarFlare said, there was a high-pitched buzzing noise in the background... Not sure what it was from... Did you use any noise reduction? That might get rid of it... Also, I don't know what was going on with those mic noises in the introduction, but they were a bit of a nuisance, so see if you can get rid of those, yes? ^_^;;;

You seemed a bit nasal at times, but I'm actually feeling that that was from the mic and not you. I know, because my mic does that to me sometimes as well... Still, watch out for nasality.

Hmmm. Decent breathing, too, except that when you did take a breath, you were almost gasping, it seemed. So, might want to work on that. *nodnod*

it sounds like you're recording WITH music playing in the background
the quality isnt so good, if u use sound recorder, you can MIX the karaoke music WITH your voice, in other words you can sing on your own ecording a sepreate file,and then mix it with the music, it sounds much better that way

other than the technical probs, your voice sounds great!
