Stuff like this requires presicion. You're pretty accurate with the pencil tool.

Just a regular mouse the Green Mermaid was done with the laptop built in mouse (is that a tablet?)

Nope. A tablet is sort of like a canvas. You use a specially designed pen to draw with the tablet. It sorta resembles drawing with a pencil and paper.

MSN paint is much easier because the Lines Smooth out 8D
