So, um, bump and review?
I read the trilogy which includes Dragons of Autumn Twilight, Dragons of Winter Night and Dragons of Spring Dawn.
The first two books really held my interest. Sad to say they third one, I was deathly bored, it was a work night and I wasn't going to bed until I had some kind of closure on the story, so in the third part I skipped two or three chapters in an attempt to reach the ending.
Unfortunately the story went increasingly downhill. XD As my sister said, the main character, a half-elf named Tanis, went from heroic leader to "whiney elf princess" in almost thirty seconds flat.
There were elements that I enjoyed, others that I didn't as much. XD My sister almost slayed me when I guessed a plot twist, which was correctly proven at the end of the last book halfway through the second novel.
All in all, the first two books are quite decent. The third... not so great.
I don't like my heros to turn into sex bitches for the bad guys. XP ever. Unless the bad guy is super awesome and well developed. This one wasn't. Bleargh
