You did an alright job, but there are a few things that make the picture look abit, off (besides the scanner ^^).
I don't think you did a bad job on the lips, but you did not do any shading on the rest of the picture so that glare on the lips make them look...strange, and even though Lenne didn't really have long eyelashes or anything, I would have drawn some in because they make the eyes look wider than they're supose to be.
But, you don't really have to fix those, that's just me being picky ^^ The two things I don't really care for in the picture would be the nose (which was already mentioned), and the hair. Some people don't realize it, but sometimes the hair makes a big difference.
Other than that, it's a really nice picture, the little bit of shirt you got there and that I can pick out form the scanner's pretty good. If you colored it, or even shaded it, it would look really impressive.
Well, don't get discouraged because of people being picky, just keep practicing and keep up the good work! ^^
