I love Samurai Pizza Cats! Haha... Kyatto Ninden Teyandee... I even have the Japanese openings and endings for it... VERY old school <3.
I would have done a SPC fandub if I had footage... I used to have a lot of SFX from it too until my comp blew up T_T.

They're actually robots in the original (MECHA KYATTO :P)... but I believe Saban tried to cover that up... The kiddies never questioned why the bad guy boss would overheat and blow up when his plans didn't work either... nor why he was "the Big Cheese" and called a rat all the time when he clearly was a fox >.>
