To clear some things up...
Nikkita = Community Development
What do I do?
I intitiate/establish/maintain contacts with people/affiliates/etc, negotiate contracts, develop and help create community modules, develop ideas to drive traffic to website, etc...
What is my experience?
I work for a large, high traffic automotive group in the real world designing websites, graphics, advertising stuff, and basically anything that involves a longer attention span some people I work with have. I also come up with cool ideas, and write pages and pages and pages of stuff outlining my idea, why it will work and how it will work. I use my experience from work and apply it to the VAA.
I go to you if...
Come to me if you have an idea that works. Make sure it is well thought out, and sincere. I might not need every idea because there are some we've already been working on, but I will definitely keep them in to consideration or perhaps you have a new method that would take an idea that we felt wouldn't work, and make it work...
Azure = Content Management
What do I do?
Azure creates content, and facilitates the articles and etc... She is responsible for anything and everything content related, and anything outside of her expertise, she appoints someone to write about.
I go to you if...
You have an article, or editorial, etc you'd like to submit. Submit this to Azure, and discuss this with her.
Nikki = Community Relations
What do I do?
Nikki Wright is the lead moderator for the community. Thread locking is her done to her disgression, as well as mediating disputes between members. She is the first tier, and from her, problems are relayed to the rest of the admins to sit down and figure out respectively.
I go to you if...
Talk to Nikki if you are having a user/board related problem. If you feel someone has violated the rules, bring it to Nikki's attention. Nobody likes a vigilante!
Tamtu = Creative Control
What do I do?
Tamtu is responsible for the look and feel of the site, flyers, anything VAA related... Icons, board layouts, flyer layouts, panel info brochures, etc... that's all Tamtu!
What is my experience?
Tamtu works for a web design firm which allows him to take work related experience and apply it to the VAA.
I go to you if...
If you have a suggestion about the board layout, if you need brochures for a convention, looking to volunteer to do any graphics, or help out, etc...
Tony = IT D00d
What do I do?
Tony makes sure the board doesn't asplode and kill us all. In technical terms, of course.

If you look carefully enough, you may also notice we have appointed a few mods. Three mods to be exact:
Matt Cruea - All-chat Moderator
Matt Cruea has been part of the community through it's many incarnations, and has experience modding in this community as well. It was full of terrible deeds and a posessed a dark history of plunder and pillaging of innocent threads... but he has been converted to the light!
Lucien - VA Chat Moderator
Knowledgeable, talented and wise in the ways of voice acting. This up-and-coming is the perfect person for the post.
Matt Alan - Hi, I'm New Moderator
One of the first people kicking your face in when you post in the "Hi" forum is Matt Alan. Happy, friendly, and a familiar face.
Taggenagger - SFX Library Moderator
Not only is he a shining example of fandubbing working (with his Transformer's Fandub), but he has a nice collection of sound FX and goodies to share with us. :)
