ok heres the deal, i'm heaps bored.. so i want you to dare me to do some sort of voice acting related thingy, and i'll try my best to do the voice/accent/personality/emotion - whatever you want me to do

i can try impersonations, but there are a lot of voices i don't know, so if you can try and get a clip of that voice.

Well, the original intention of the thread is fine. Let's see if somebody actually responds with voice acting related dare. Here. I'll do a simple one. Have two of your characters have a conversation. Mix it down. Make it convincing.

i did oriculum's dare just cos it was an easy one to start off with, i'll give the sean connary vs train some time soon, i need to watch one of his movies to make sure i got the accent right.


i did for this one just an improvisation of two voices i do randomly i think i first started using these like a year ago.

one is a rough voice, the other a high voice.

the script is entirely improvised so it's pretty random.

oh and i was too lazy to mix it, i just did one voice after the other... and you can notice it, i could fix it up, but who cares :P

heres what i did...

drinks a beer (pretend its a geniune australian lager :S, and also pretend he's on uneven stilts)

gets hit by train and then

lots of squishing sounds

hummed theme of perfect strangers(while it's played in background too), while recieting my post mortem, in what i tried to do a shocked and war weary gravelly voice, couldn't do it in sean connerys accent, too hard :P.

lol plus randomly changing voice, whoops....

so the last part wasn't great, but whatsever :)

plus sorry for the heavy breathingness... thats a bit hurtfull the the ears.
